Submitted images of the entrant’s project, or the name of the entrant may be shared on the organisers’ website and social media channels and exhibited at Terrace Keikaku.

Personal information such as the entrant’s name and address will be managed by the organisers for the purpose of administration and judging of the awards and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. We will never give this to third party.

Please make sure not to submit any image, which includes any personal information.

Any entries submitted past the deadline will not be considered.

Entries can be submitted in Japanese, English and Chinese, but in no other languages.

If we reasonably believe that any content is in breach of this agreement, we may remove the entry from the list. If the content is deemed by us to be inappropriate for a public place, it may not be publicised or exhibited.

Any content we believe may cause harm to our users, or third parties, or include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) will not be considered.

Any material that violates public policy or other laws and regulations, which contains defamation, libel or slander, or infringes the copyright or other rights of a third party, will not be considered.

The intellectual property rights of the submitted content belongs to the entrant, but you should be reminded that you grant the organisers (Sapporo Ekimaedori Machizukuri Co., Ltd. and PROJECTA, General Incorporated Associations) the right to advertise, publish, print and exhibit your content in our publication and on our website.

The content you submit must not include third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted material) unless you have permission from that party or are otherwise legally entitled to do so.

If the organisers receive a copyright infringement notice or dispute in relation to your content, the organisers are not responsible, and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for your content. You are legally responsible for the content you submit to the competition including any costs incurred in relation to your content.
